Graymade delivered critical civil construction works for the Vine Street Pump Station upgrade within Malabar Sewerage Network at Fairfield. The project involved the construction and modification of reinforced concrete foundations, pump support plinths, valve supports, and pipe support structures within the existing pump station to accommodate upgraded pumping equipment and associated mechanical infrastructure.

Working within an operational wastewater facility, the scope required demolition and preparation of existing concrete surfaces, installation of reinforced concrete support structures, grouting and anchoring works, and construction of new support infrastructure for pumps, valves, and rising main pipework. The project also included integration with existing assets, ensuring the upgraded equipment could be installed and operated safely while maintaining the reliability of the network.
